Basic Oxygen Furnaces

Alumina Ceramic Tubes
Maximum Temperature: 1800°C
With a purity rate of 99.5% to 99.8%, alumina tubes from Sentro Tech offer elevated temperature stability and have excellent resistance to wear and abrasion. Alumina is the ideal material for our ceramic tubes, having properties of low thermal expansion while providing superior thermal conductivity. They also withstand high levels of compression, making them thermal shock resistant.
MoSi2 Heating Elements
Temperature Grades: 1700°C Grade & 1800°C Grade
Sentro Tech manufactures Molybdenum disilicide (MoSi2), a custom heating element for industrial and laboratory furnaces. A ceramic-based resistant element, the MoSi2 heating elements provide longevity and reliability at higher temperatures. We carry various types of MoSi2 heating elements, including the common straight terminal shape and a 90-degree bent U-Shape.
